How to Serialize Closures in Quick
In QUIC, the whole thing is broken down to this very simple idea. In order to make an application resumable on a client, you need to be able to serialize closures. The way this is done is that you mark the closures using a dollar sign. This tells the developer like, hey, whatever you're going to close over or whatever you are going to capture inside of the closure, make sure these things are serializable.
