i'm not claiming exlutecivity. Many people talk about co dependency this way just because it's sub clinical doesn't mean it's not, it's not known to be this thing. I do have a fair number ar like, counsellors, psychotherapists and psychiatrists who follow me in. And nobody's saying to me, the way you're using the term codependency is comppletely wrong and totally, like, confusing. The way i'm using it is what i'm saying, not i'm nut pulling out of my heart.
