How to Add Finding Agents to Beers When Using a Closed Transfer Setup

How do you add finding agents to beers when using a closed transfer setup with the whole daisy chained corny keg full of sanitizer? We get this question a lot. My approach is not what I recommend. It actually doesn't really keep the transfer fully closed. A lot of people like to add their gelatin finding or bio fine or whatever it might be and then transfer the beer on top of that, I don't I've never done it that way.
