How Does This Defense Work Against Teams That Use Off-Ball Movement?

Joelle and Luca Donchich love to get these like mid post isolations where it's an empty sided one, there's no one else on their side. The Celtics' scheme against Kevin Durant last year works when everyone else is stationary. And I think the most basic counter for defenses is they just keep a man guarding the low corner or elbow guarding the wing that's still kind of stationary.
