Is Biotin Really a Drug That Will Keep You Up at Night?
There aren't any vitamins that should keep you up at night if you just take them, unless it's some kind of pharmacological effect. And I think the real critical question is like, is the biotin doing something that lasts over time? If taking it a milligram a day over time is giving you a chronic benefit that's accumulating, then I think it's probably fixing a deficiency.
