"I was quite just really keen to learn about it, I suppose. I think more out of the two of us, I'm the details guy," he says. "We were not, you know, as you know, quite scrappy agency." He adds that there are certainly people in the market that do very light touch versions of those versions of due diligence. 'You're always going to be being acquired by someone larger and more sophisticated from a process' point of view.
