You'll feel that stretchd on the right side of your torso this time inhale,. Now release and let your hands fall back down, once more on each side. We're going to do that again on the other side. One full round of breath, inhale and exhale, release your hands back down. Great. Let's do a couple of forward folds. On the second one we'll make our way to the ground.
