How to Resuscitate a Trauma Patient

You have to be able to get a patient to the operating room and what's touted as a reasonable time is about 15 to 20 minutes. These are typically done by surgeons so that if they do run into a complication, they can deal with the complication. I would say read about it, understand it, know the pros and cons of its use. But for now, I think having a high quality resuscitation, like I mentioned before, the large BRIV's, access, turn a keys, timely OR, I think are more important.
