The Role of Holland in City's Counterattacks
Holland is even unlike Leven Dovski, and the fact that he just does almost nothing on the ball except for score goals or provide assists in the box. But that doesn't mean that he's not contributing to the build-up. What he's contributing is effectively fixing the center backs in place and creating space between the lines. So I think as a result, Pep has had to kind of rethink his structure in order to control the counterattacks. And it's still useful to the team, whether he's found or not.
