How to Escape Your Anxiety With Technology?

A lot of my work is on optimal illusion, how to kid ourselves in ways that help, not harm. I think it's absurd for people to claim that they that we should all be realistic. If we were realistic all the time, we would go insane. Escapeism is undervalued. We we talk about entertainment, almost like it's an option, an optional, elective thing. No, i think it is an absolute human necessity.
