There's growing awareness that the shorter life spans and poorer health experiences of Aboriginal people have a lot to do with diet. Professor Karen Odie, based on years of work looking at the decline in indigenous diets, has reached her own clear and very simple conclusion. We all need to eat minimally processed foods.
