The deal to receive nucleur submarines was set up by the previous government. Labor has in rited it now, though, and they're going to have to decide how to handle it from here on. There are questions about whether australia can acquire whichever submarine they choose. The decision is a big one. Initially, do we go with british submarines? Do we go with american ones? When can they be delivered? And that's all in the next eight months.
