How Did You Get Started in Product Management?
Naham: Like many MBAs, I kind of tripped into software product management. He was asked by one of the senior leaders at American Express to lead his global product management team. "I probably was terrible for the first six months in the role," he says but learned how to deliver in agile. Naham became a big Marty Kagan disciple and immersed himself in lots of literature.
