How to Overeat in the Moment

Some people overeat in the moment because they just don't feel full. If you add some more fibrous foods, not because fiber is magical, but just because it's in its whole form and it has water and it just fills up your stomach. It's not magical. You don't have to have it, but it can be helpful. And I mean, there are lots of foods that, from a strict low carb perspective, tend to be sort of pooh-pooed. But when you look at it from a titanium angle, they're quite spectacular.
