The Regal Is a Cultural Moment
AMC has made this like a cultural moment around Nicole Kidman. And Regal saw that and they said we are going to produce some dog shit. We are going to make one of the worst short films in the history of moving pictures. Every person in the short film about how great it is to go to the movies quotes a movie as if it's a form of dialogue. I don't know how that saves anybody money. But at the Regal which has taken over once illustrious theaters that used to be called an arc light, you can't even get Reese's pieces.
