The city of atlanta is planning to build a 90 million dollar police training compound. The campus will house a mock city for real world training, canine training centre and forty horse stalls for police horses. 12 acres of forest land are slated to be converted into an emergency vehicle operations course. Such a facility would be three times the size of the new york police depart ans training facility, and four times the sizes of the l a p d. And the whole compound will be located across 380 acres of the old atlanta prisen farm in unincorporated de cap county.
