The Self and Society podcast explores what it means to flourish as an individual in a community. Today, we're going to focus on Timothy Sandifer's 2018 book, Frederick Douglass, Self Made Man. Sandifer is vice president for litigation at the Goldwater Institute in Arizona. He writes for publications including the objective standard and he is the author of several books.
