Breathing can help you improve any aspect of your life thatis dependent on your breathing. So it's a case tis is quality versus quantity. Don't breed fast and shallow, because i will show you how it's very, very inefficient. When we take a breath of air into our nose or thew them out, a certain amount of that air remains in what's called dead space. It remains in your nasal cavity. And there's no point in adding trauma to the bodyd let your nose dictate the pace at which you do physical exercise.
