Do You Have a Minimum Requirement?
The idea of doing bare minimum, it's different than I think we're thinking about here with quiet quitting. In fact, one of the things that we can say instead of calling it bare minimum, you could actually use the phrase maximum requirement. Instead of saying quiet quitting, which is just a problem word in general, maybe they're giving up the idea that anybody will reward extra effort. And if you want to see more of it, you should reward people for it if they put in extra effort.
