"What's up dog? Not much. What's up with you?" is the cold open of this episode. Writer Leah Eisenberg said that this actually happened to those guys. They were on the receiving end of an up dog joke that wasn't landing. He also reminded me that there was an alternate cold open for this episode. Michael comes into work and he has purchased a new executive golf set. And in the process, his world's best boss mug breaks.
