Getting a Red Code on My Bike

On april third, my roommates from the dormitory said in our group chat that their health code had turned red. When i opened my ap immediately, it was red too. I wasn't scared of catching the virus, but a red code means you're restricted from going anywhere. A police car followed me until i crossed into hong ko district. There, a security guard soon asked me to leave. He started yelling, saying i wasn't co operating with the epidemic prevention rules. They told me to call one one zero, the police hot line, if i was stopped. So i left.
