Generational Differences in Organizational Culture?

In your work with organizations, do you see generation differences? And if so, what are those generational differences? So my grandparents grew up during the great depression and struggled. They were very much a product of having grown up in a situation where existence was really a problem. It's probably not wise to deal in generalities about any type of group based on any characteristics. But instead deal with individuals and try to figure out how to create a system that identifies people who will do well in that system an leashes their potential.
