The executive vice president of GE, Pat O'Mara says the company needs to focus on galvanizing enablement and tenacity. He also said it's important for executives to keep in mind that these conversations are not one-time events but reoccurring over a period of time. "I have to be really intentional and kind of check myself when I drift into the things I prefer to do rather than what's needed," he added.
