The Pilot's Inappropriate Use of Vertical Speed Mode During the Climb
The captain and first officer were properly certified and qualified under federal regulations. No evidence indicated any medical or behaviora conditions that might adversely effected their performance during the accident. Flight flight crew fatigue and hypocia were not factors in this accident. At one point, they did have to put their oxygen masks on, because with the engines out, there's no the pressorisation starts to leak on. But i felt like it was kind of a passing thing, and realy e really didn't yet dimact. The pilot's aggressive pitch up and yaw maneuvers during the ascent were made for personal and ntoperational reasons. So just they didn't climb. Ther there's climb chart
