Leadership is not about telling, it's about asking. This is the same way you build trust or respect or influence. Like you give it the rule of sacred. Most people do reverse. They tell, they don't listen and they don't ask. I need to ask and exhaust your intelligence and your perspective. Put it out. And I need to absorb it. See what's what has merit.
