The Power of Citizenship in China

Zhang Heide: I can identify the similarity between the liberal, a neoliberalist, the definition of disability in China and like a post-socialist definitions. The common ground of the two-type definition beyond ideological boundary is that they both emphasize like first thing, I mean, overcome narrative. Zhang Heide: By creating this narrative, it actually may have set back disabled rights and opportunities for the longer term.
