How to Motivate People
Don norman: To get transfer, you first got to think about what the mental model is and whether it's appropriate. And then you've got to help them realize the circumstances in which it's going to apply. The only way to do that is with lots of examples, and make sure they understand that the connection between them may look different on the surface. So i've been thinking lately about how to do this, and also how to motivate people.
