Building a Behavior Plan for Your Child

The first step is to identify some skill weaknesses. Then you and the t come up with those ideas to build that scale or expand a skill they currently have but aren't using. The last area to strategize is in constructive consequences. This stage is about re directing them to use those skills, verses just punishing them for that interfering or problematic behavior. Each of these areas should be identified and described before you leave this meeting. And remember, even though people put time limits on these meetings, there is not a time et we stay until we figure it out.
