When you were 16 to 19, lifting for the sake of getting stronger was important in your climbing. And then now it's like, definitely not the case. I think it's more like mental training for me. Thike, i was kind of saying earlier, being able to see a project through, like learned bata easier. Em, just continue, like doing climbs in a certain way that like, bill's confidence.
