I think wherever I see in the incidence of workplace harassment, higher into what three kinds of organizations. It could be a small organization or a conglomerate, it could be in any sector. One where there is no respect for governance and compliance,. Where this is either they can't be bothered. They think that growth and business comes first - badmidde clinging. The second category is where they are trying to grow at a breakneck speed. That's where that drive for quantitative accidents or quantitative targets really takes over everything.
