The Failure of Hotel Quarantine

There's a lot of misunderstanding out there in places like Twitter and among journalists about whose responsibility it is. I think the states have a lot to answer for on the failings of hotel quarantine. The fact that Queensland is only now announcing that they're going to go their own way and build a facility I think is completely crazy. And it's a decision that should have been made a year ago.
