The Chief Justice Orders an Investigation Into the Mississippi Abortion Ban

We'll know when it comes out, but i think tat those are all a, assumptions to make. The chief justice at a oral argument put forth an argument that you could uphold this Mississippi law without overturning row or casey by just removing what se decisions had put in about the viability line. He sort of floated this idea, why don't we just get rid of this line, uphold this law m and there was really no takers among the conservatives.
