How to Triangulate a Survey
Satisfaction is a broad construct, and so is users satisfaction. There are three main investment levels that you can approach both the implementation for hats and what you should expect to get out of it. Survey we try to also approach as kind of a living, a living and growing research instrument. The other piece is just doing more of at what we call dimensions of experience.
