Tedy: Make sure you set goals that are totally achievable at the start. The best goal would be being able to bench press 200 pounds. A better goal, which is the medium goal, would be a hundred and 80 pounds. And good would be maybe one 75 or one 70. So always set your goals with good, better, best results.
