And it kind of feels to me like there is this sort of, a, sort of amazing amount of the coved relief money actually went to sort of bail out heavily leveraged public sector a unions and state bureaucracies that were widly in debt. The income based or payment programe that i talked about previously is actually super generous for people who work in public service. People are getting huge balances remaining forgiven through that programme already. So i don't think there's any sort of a ounow conspiracy here.
