John McCaffery: I think the Fed, they know they made a mistake and they've said it. Why would they cut rates if we have full employment? There's no reason to do that; now they were near their goal. He says he still really like our boom bust, you know, short cycle thesis based on the 40s. Macfarlane: Maybe the market's looking through it to the other side given where valuations are.
