Is Integration the Biggest Value Leak?
I feel like this is probably one of the biggest value leaks that you could have. So slower value capture on one end and then potentially missing out synergies completely. I don't know how applicable to other industries because we're in the high tech where technical know-how somewhat more important. Some big corporation, you may have a very robust IMO. Their job is basically project management. In the tech world, you need to figure out why need someone that actually know about the product, the technical detail, about the software or the hardware.
