How to Read a Giant Stack of Offering Documents
If you're a retail investor and you don't understand something, welcome to the club. Don't discount the fact that maybe you need to go ask your CPA or your own lawyer to assist you in reviewing these documents because they are so dense and so thick. And then there are certain things that if I, if I don't see in an offering, it raises a red flag or certainly a yellow caution flag. That just means that the operator, sponsor, or syndicator, we're going to call them or email them and ask them our questions. We're not going to immediately discount the opportunity that exists Because we don't necessarily understand something.
