Why Would Senator Rubio Do This?

The Senate Intelligence Community passed a bill and posing financial penalties on companies that don't disclose their involvement in classified SAP programs. I think when we look at the way in which our special access programs, the ET coverup has been conducted, there's three main lobby groups, three main corporate cartels that are behind the secrecy system. One is the oil industry, probably the oldest of them all. The second is the pharmaceutical industry and the third is the military industrial complex.
