Trade Wind: A Novel Idea
I would say just trade wind as a whole. Because the whole idea has been percolating for years to be able to try and pilot something like trade wind in its entirety. The fact that it's almost ditching down selects, I think is beyond novel. It's down selects have been a tried and true source selection tool for the federal government. So yeah, you know what, I really like what you, vendor A, are offering. I want to talk to you some more about that and I want to get you on an agreement.
