How to Suggest and Acquire Companies in the UK

A lot of people have been reaching out to me, people considering this path of ETA, specifically in the UK. So I thought it would probably be helpful just to do a bit of a deep dive into the ETA environment, specifically in Britain and maybe hard compare to other markets. There's two key methods here, obviously, going through broker listings and then doing some kind of proprietary outreach. The third way is using bi-side advisors or corporate finance houses which generally have fewer but arguably higher quality deals.
