What Are the Main Findings From the Meta-Analysis?

The main finding is that work examples have about an average or medium of effect on mathematics performance overall. This particular meta-analysis focuses on everyone from elementary grades to post-secondary settings, but only within mathematics. And so the average effect was about Hedges G of 0.48, which basically translates to about a half a standard deviation crease in math performance compared to not using work examples.
