What Is Unconstitutional in Political Turbulence?
Tory party has made up its own rules as to how it gets rid of and replaces a leader. However unsatisfactory that process becomes, the Tory party still has a big majority in the House of Commons. It is then perfectly constitutional for the sovereign, now the king, to appoint that person as Prime Minister. But it just so happens that it's happened in a very unusual, and as I say, relatively turbulent way.
