How Do You Bypass the Recruiter to Talk to the Hiring Manager?

How do you convince people when you're kind of just starting out on a team or junior working with people that are more senior than you? I would say leverage your network as much as possible. For me, the best way for influence in any situation is to find key people that you can get bought in early. And then you eventually figure out who the people that are, you know, kind of hold out there and you can take different tactics there.
