Grayscale vs SEC - What's Your Best Guess?
There's still a lot of uncertainty ahead for Grayscale because the court here can do a few different things. If the court finds that there's even some reasonableness to the SEC's position, it could very well sustain theSEC's position and uphold the denial of the listing. Even if it doesn't rule outright in favor of the SEC, it could rule in favor of Grayscale and just overturn the SEC's decision and allow the fund to begin trading.
