A former fbi forensic examiner looked at these looked at the evidence and concluded that it was falsified. So they're asking for a retrial based on the fact that it's possible that law enforcement may haveplanted, planted evidence about the worst of the charges. Now, i mean, that would certainly make you think twice about the lesser charges, wouldn't it? And the next thing you'd have to wonder is: Is there some larger situation here that really needs to be looked at? Because i think keith ranery made some enemies.
