i think that people still are beholden to this metaphor that the information of thei brain is like a big file on a computer. But it's moe complplex than that, not only within the brain and the neurons talking to each other, but with all the sensory input and motor output involved. If youre substraiht independent guy, then you should be able to upload your brain - i suspect we'll both be dead before either of us can e to hold each other to to a bet that we make on this.
