Conviction Will Correct Your Tone

The tone is the emotional influence that you're making on the prospect, and ultimately how they make the decision. When' you become more seasoned, you'll learn to control your tone on purpose. You can raise your voice right at the end of a statement to make it a question, or lower your voice to a whisper to show that what youre talking about right now is really important. That's kind of unconscious mastery. And so there's two ways to do a that i have found. You can either trick yourself into it, or you can train yourself to do it.
