How to Go Faster in a Team?

If some one has a discrepancy with a number of points, i can easily see that this is actually a really good teaching tool or a good learn process. I would argue also, if you are constantly asking this question, especially as you're beginning to implement scrum, there's got to be a point though, where you've hit diminishing returns. The cheater quick way to do that is to estimate things as less effort. But when you do that, you're going to diminish the quality of the thing that you are you are producing. That is not in alignment with true scrum.
