I think there's massive status quo bius in most parts of our world, even at the individual level. But i think what you can do to help is when people are young, say in the teen years,. Just let them meet some top people and get a sense of more roll models. And this is commonad vice i give to parents. I say, at some point your kid's going to stop listening to you - maybe at age 12, 13, probably 12, maybe 11 these days. So have some good friends, if only for that reason. Whata.
